They are authentic in size (2-1/2") and will fit in a standard grocery store egg carton. They've been coated in my own, all-natural beeswax and olive oil finish (that is quite safe enough for a baby/toddler to chew on). The eggs are also large enough that they would not be a choking hazard to an infant sibling who might find one and wish to find out what it tastes like.

I'll ship them to you padded in a nest of Spanish moss. The moss could be kept for play, as a bird's nest. These eggs will bring hours of pretend play enjoyment!
