Making a Purchase - To buy on Kidzola, you need to have an account.  If you don't have an account, click on the Register link at the top right of any page and follow the registration instructions.

Follow these simple steps to make a purchase on Kidzola:

1. Click on the 'Buy it Now' button at the bottom of the listing you'd like to purchase.
   
   
2. Follow the instructions on the screen to complete your purchase.
   
   a. Some listings feature Instant Purchase with PayPal.  For these listings, you will be taken directly to the PayPal screen to pay for them.
   
   b. Some listings feature Checkout with PayPal.  For these listings, you will be prompted to checkout with PayPal once you have committed to buy the item.
   
   c. Some listings feature Invoice.  For these listings, you will receive an invoice from the seller once you have committed to purchase the item.
   
   
3. Leave Feedback for the seller.  You can do this from your purchase page or from your "My Account" page.  When you still owe feedback for an item you purchased, it will appear under "Actions needed."  Follow the "X Listings need feedback" link to leave your feedback.
   
   
4. Check your "My Account" page for any other "Actions needed."  This list  summarizes everythign you still need to do, like send a payment or leave feedback.

Ask The Seller - At the bottom of every listing there is a "Comments" section where you can ask the Seller a question, or view previous questions from other users.

When submitting a question to a Seller, the message gets sent directly to their email address on file. The Seller can respond by following the link in the email.

To ask the Seller a question:

1. Log into your account.
2. Go to the Item listing.
3. Scroll down to the section marked "Comments."
4. Click the text "Ask the seller a question." This will take you to a Contact User form.
5. Enter your message.
6. Click "Send" button.
